Sonam Bajwa, the star of the newly released film 'Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat', recently found herself in an awkward situation at Mumbai airport. Videos capturing her interaction with paparazzi have gone viral, sparking conversations online.
The incident occurred early one Friday morning as Bajwa arrived at the airport. As she exited her vehicle, a throng of photographers surrounded her, requesting photos. Her response, "What photo can I give you at 7 in the morning?", was caught on camera. While her face was partially concealed by a mask, her slight discomfort was evident amidst the flashing lights. Despite the intrusion, she maintained her composure, offering a wave to the cameras without stopping.
Sonam Bajwa is currently garnering attention for her performance in 'Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat', which also stars Harshvardhan Rane and Sachin Khedekar. The film, released on October 21st, has generated mixed reactions from both critics and audiences.
Bajwa's cinematic journey began with 'Best of Luck' in 2013. She achieved widespread recognition following her role in 'Punjab 1984'. Since then, she has starred in several successful movies, including ‘Nikka Zaildar’ and ‘Carry On Jatta 2’. Beyond Punjabi cinema, Sonam Bajwa has also contributed to Tamil and Telugu films. Her Bollywood debut was in 2019 with ‘Bala’, and she has since appeared in Hindi films like ‘Street Dancer 3D’.
In a past interview, Sonam Bajwa discussed missed opportunities in Hindi and South Indian cinema. She emphasized learning from her mistakes, stating that those experiences have made her "stronger and wiser." She expressed a belief in timing and remains focused on growing as an actor, dedicated to meeting her fans' expectations, irrespective of the industry.
