Assam mourns the loss of Zubeen Garg, the state's iconic singer, who passed away in Singapore on September 19. Following public requests, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has ordered a second post-mortem to be conducted at Guwahati Medical College. The funeral will proceed with full state honors on the outskirts of Guwahati.
