Gujarat High Court Orders Yusuf Pathan to Vacate Encroached Land; Cites "No One Above the Law" Principle

Yusuf Pathan, former Indian cricketer and Trinamool Congress MP, has been declared an encroacher by the Gujarat High Court regarding a residential plot in Vadodara. The court rejected Pathan's petition against a notice from the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC), ordering him to vacate the government-owned land he occupied since 2012.
